摘　　要：从体育教学有效性理论基础的角度,探讨体育教学有效性的概念、体育教学目标有效性的依据和要求,并提出体育教学有效性关键在于以学生为主体,以及提高体育教学有效性的策略。This paper discusses concept of the effectiveness of physical education teaching, basis and requirements of effectiveness of teaching objectives from the angle of theory of the effectiveness of physical education teaching. It shows that the key lies in the effectiveness of teaching and having the students as the main body, It puts forwards some strategies that enhance the effectiveness of the P. E. teaching.
