摘　　要：社会转型期，中职生德育必须树立科学的德育指导观：明确中职生德育的出发点；必须树立科学的德育对象观：注重德育对象的客观性、能动性、具体性和可塑性；必须树立科学的德育转化观：立足系统性，抓好反复性，注意渐进性；必须树立科学的德育发展观：坚持以在实践中创新发展的科学理论为指导，以创新精神不断推动德育再上新台阶。In the preiod of social transformation, scientific guiding views of moral education must be established for secondary vocational schools＇ moral education. Correct starting point of the moral education should be clarified; scientific moral object view should be established, the objectivity, initiativity, materiality, plasticity of moral education object should be noticed ; right moral education transferring view should be established and the moral education should be developed with the guidance of scientific theories and continuously innovative spirits.
