摘  要:从青岛海藻化工厂海带浸泡液中分离得到产酸克雷伯氏菌(KlebsiellaoxytocaXCH-1)。在有氧条件下,该菌在生长过程中产生大量的胞外多糖,并且粘度很大。目前国内外尚未有关于该菌胞外多糖理化性质的研究报道。实验用KlebsiellaoxytocaXCH-1胞外多糖为化学均一物质。用气相色谱分析法分析KlebsiellaoxytocaXCH-1胞外多糖单糖组分,结果表明其主要由D-葡萄糖、D-半乳糖和L-鼠李糖组成。The bacterium strain studied in this thesis was isolated and obtained from the water extract of Lominaria Japonica in Qingdao Algae Chemical Plant. The bacterium is examined as Klebsiella oxytoca XCH-1. It produces a large quantity of viscous exocellular polysaccharide during growing at oxygen supplied condition. At present, there is not any report at home and abroad about physical and chemical characteristics of exocellular polysaccharide of Klebsiella oxytoca XCH-1. In this paper, exocellular polysaccharide of Klebsiella oxytoca XCH-1, a single homogeneous material was analysed by Gas chromatography and the result indicates that the exocellular polysaccharide mainly consists of D-glucose, D-galactose and L-rhamnose.
