海洋低温BS041208菌株选育及发酵培养基的研究(Ⅱ)

摘　　要：建立了海洋低温蛋白酶菌株(Bacillussubtilis简写为BS041208)发酵最适pH值、温度、时间、接种量、通气量分别为5.0、14℃、48h、8%、150mL;在最适发酵条件下,BS041208菌株50L发酵罐中低温蛋白酶活性为1371.8U/mg。The fermentation conditions of high Marine low temperature acid protease producing strain BS041208 were determined in this paper. The optimum conditions of producing marine low temperature acid protease were： initial pH 5.0, temperature 14℃, culture time 48 h, inoculum size 8 96, aeration 150 mL. Under the optimum conditions： the marine low temperature acid protease yield of BS041208 up to 1 371.8 U/mg in 50 L fermentor.
