摘　　要：学分制是一种以学分为计量单位衡量学生学业完成状况的教学管理制度。认真分析学分制的内涵、基本特点和实施学分制的基本条件,研究探索适合我国国情的学分制,已经成为我国高等院校教学改革的当务之急。The credit system is a teaching administration system which evaluates students＇ academic performanec on a credit basis. It is urgent that universities and colleges in our counlry should make a careful study of its connotations and features as well as the conditions for implementing it in order to build a credit system which is adaptable to the real situation in China .
