摘　　要：设矩阵A∈C^n×n,B∈Cm×m，Q∈Cm×m为列满秩矩阵，令R=AQ-QB．In this paper, we discuss the perturbation of matrix eigenvalues associated with invariant subspaces.Some Hoffman-Wielandt and Wely type theorems are given.These theorems extend the corresponding result pointed by Kahan and improve Lu tong-xing＇s corresponding result.
