摘　　要：“穷人经济学”的“亲民”的治国方略正可打造“亲民”的中国高职教育。建立并完善从全民到全纳再到全人的“三全”教育新体系，勾勒就业教育、创新教育到创富教育的清晰线条，实现从“技术人”到“社会人”、从“能力本位”到“人格本位”的根本转变，是中国高职教育立足现实、放眼未来的成长取向。The ＂hospitable to people＂ strategy of managing state affairs in ＂economics for poor people＂can result in ＂hospitable to people＂ higher vocational education in China; build and optimize the new educational system from ＂all people＂ to ＂inclusion＂ to ＂whole person＂, draw clear outline for employment education, innovative education and creating affluence education, achieve the fundamental transformation from ＂technological person＂ to ＂social person＂, from ＂ability-based＂ to ＂personality-based＂, which are development tropism of basing on reality, scanning future of higher vocational education in China.
