摘　　要：VD2是脂溶性维生素,由存在于植物、真菌体内的VD2前体-麦角固醇(Ergosterol)经紫外线照射转变而来。VD2在医学、食品、饲料工业上应用广泛,市场前景很好。详细介绍了VD2的国内外研究现状,包括菌种选育、发酵条件、光化学合成条件的研究。VD2 is lipid soluble vitamine. Irradiated with ultraviolet ray, ergosterol （former VD2） can be directly transformed into VD2. It mainly applies to the medical industry and additive on food and feed, and VD2 has better market prospect. Its production technics has been introduced in detail, the research on selection of strains, fermentation conditions and photochemical synthesis conditions were included.
