摘　　要：在英语短期强化训练中，学员普遍认为听力能力最难提高。本文针对短期强化训练教学的具体特点，初步总结出利用网络资源作为辅助、听说相结合、课堂教学和学员课外自主学习相结合的听力教学模式，同时指出当前存在的一些亟待解决的问题，并尝试给出解决这些问题的方法。Students attending a short time intensive English language training program often find it difficult to improve their listening ability. This paper presents a preliminary research on the teaching of Listening aiming at training students to be autonomous learners with the aid of online resources, and discusses some of the current problems regarding the teaching of Listening and possible solutions to them.
