摘　　要：墨子的尚贤思想对地方高校校长的人才理念有重要影响,地方高校校长对每一位教师都要有“兼相爱、交相利”的思想,以人为本,树立正确的教师理念。On one hand, the article analyze the idea of Mohism esteemed virtue and how to treat the talent.
