摘 要:以“自主学习”为主的教学理念渐成趋势,但是课堂教学仍然是医学课程教学的主要形式。在教学督导工作中,发现部分教师在课堂教学过程中仍然存在着对教学计划、教学大纲、教学目的与任务了解不够,对教材钻研不够,不能系统、全面地掌握教材内容等问题。针对这些问题,教师要在教学过程中加强业务训练和备课,要加强启发式教学法在课堂教学中的应用,要正确使用教学手段,要加强讲授课程的科学性和思想性等,以全面提高教学质量。The "self learning" teaching philosophy has gradually become the main trend, but classroom teaching remains the main form of medical courses teaching. Through teaching supervision, we found that some teachers in the classroom teaching process remains no aware of the teaching plans, course and teaching objectives, and did not grasp the material content systematically and comprehensively. For sol- ving these problems, teachers should strengthen teaching training and lesson preparation, and enhance the application of interactive teaching methods in the classroom, correctly use the teaching means, and make the lectures scientifically and ideologically etc, so as to improve the overall quality and effectiveness of medical courses.
