摘 要:采用多元回归的方法,分析了组织承诺等变量对组织公民行为及其多维度的影响情况,从性别角度提出并验证了个体和所在行业的匹配性对该模型的调节作用。研究结果显示:组织承诺及其情感承诺维度和组织公民行为呈显著正相关,而连续承诺维度则和组织公民行为呈负相关;个体和所在行业的匹配性变量是组织承诺和组织公民行为之间关系的调节变量。This study employs multiple linear regressions to investigate the effects of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behaviors. And then we propose a novel model and validate the moderating effects of the model from the role of Person-Industry Fit ( P-I Fit), which is acted as the mediate variable in the proposal. The results also show that organizational commitment and affective commitment are significantly related to the individual behaviors. However, continuous commitment affect negatively on the contrary. The authors also found that P-I Fit is the moderating variable between organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior.
