摘 要:从青岛海藻化工厂海带浸泡液中分离筛选出1株菌,该菌在生长过程中产生大量的粘性胞外多糖。对该菌的形态特征、生长和生理生化特性进行了研究,经鉴定该菌为产酸克雷伯式菌(Klebsiellaoxytoca),命名为KlebsiellaoxytocaXCH-1。The bacterium strain studied in this thesis was isolated and obtained from the water extract of Laminaria in Qingdao Algae Chemical industry Plant. It produced a large quantity of viscous exopolysaeeharide was produced from it during growing. For further study of the bacterium strain and its exopolysaeeharide, intensive study on the strain ineluding its outline feature, growth, physiological and biochemical characteristics have been conducted in this paper. The bacterium was identified as Klebsiella oxytoca and named as Klebsiella oxytoca XCH-1.
