摘 要:利用水提分级醇沉法从关白附中提取可溶性多糖,通过正交实验确定提取多糖的最优条件,用蒽酮-硫酸法测定多糖含量。采用邻苯三酚自氧化法和Fenton体系,观察体外给予关白附多糖对这些氧化反应的影响。研究结果表明,提取温度80℃、提取时间4h、料液比1∶25为最佳提取条件,此时提取率为25.67%。关白附多糖对O2-·抑制作用较好,最大抑制率为49.84%;对·OH抑制作用显著,最大抑制率为90.88%。Polysaccharides were extracted from Aconitum coreanum by method of boiling water and ethanol deposition. The optimal condition was determined by the orthogonal experiment, The content of polysaccharides was measured by anthrone - sulfuric acid method. The anti-oxidation was measured by the self oxidation method of pyrogallol and Fenton system. The result shows that the optimal extraction condition is 80℃, 4 h and the ratio 1:25(w/v), Under this condition, the extraction rate is 25.67%. The inhibition rate of the polysaccharide to O2^-. could reach to the highest value of 49.84% and to .OH could reach to the highest value of 90.88%.
