摘　　要：科学的评价活动是教学活动科学化的需要,正确地运用教学评价在教学过程中的作用和动能,不仅能够提高大学外语教学质量,而且还有助于培养学生的自主学习和创新意识。The efficient evaluation activities is the needs which can make teaching activities more scientific. We should utilize the function of the teaching evaluation correctly in the process of college teaching. It can not only help us to improve the teaching quality of college English, but also develop the students＇self-teaching and the innovatory consciousness.
