摘 要:本文较系统地介绍了预防医学专业开设“启发式病案讨论课”的教学方法,对病案选择与讨论题的设计原则、学生的主体地位与教师的主导作用、课前引导与总结补遗等影响讨论课教学质量的主要因素进行了系统分析。实践证明,“启发式病案讨论”较“问答式病案讨论”更能激发和培养医学生临床诊断思维能力,提高其综合分析问题和解决临床实际问题的能力。The teaching method of the course discussing case of illness for preventive medicine students was introduced. The factors influencing teaching effect, such as the principle of selecting the case, design of question, status of student, action of teacher, foreword and addendum, etc. in the course were analyzed. It is concluded that the method of elicitation is more effective than question answer method formerly on arousing and training diagnosing thinking and comprehensive capability of students in the course.
