摘  要:将小学教师教育纳入高等教育体系,是当代国际教师专业化发展的必然选择。小学教师教育应关注对小学教师特质的研究,对小学教师的培养应强调:在人格上更具情感性和人文性;知识结构上突出综合性;教育教学过程强化技能性和艺术化;思维模式体现半童性等,从而初步形成基于教育现场的研究反思能力。小学教育专业人才培养模式可凝练为:综合培养、发展专长、注重研究、全程实践。It is a necessary choice for the teachers' professional development in the contemporary era to bring the teachers' education of primary school into higher education system. The teachers' education of primary school should focus on the research of the particularity of primary school teachers. The cultivation of primary school teachers should emphasize on being more affective and humanized in personality, being prominent comprehensive in knowledge structure, attaching more importance to the skill, art and semi-children of the thinking mode in teaching and education and basically forming the ability of research and reflection based on educational scene. The cultivation model of primary school teachers can be summarized as integrative cultivation, developing the specialty, focusing on research and full practice.
