摘  要:对扫描电镜的电子束轰击粉末油脂微胶囊表面产生的裂纹进行了分形分析,结果表明,所产生的裂纹具有显著的自相似性,即分形特征。利用盒子维数的定义测量并计算了完整裂纹和局部裂纹的分维,发现该自相似性是在统计意义上的自相似性,该分形属多重分形。各局部分维测量结果支持分形理论中的和并原理。The fractal analysis on cracks in microcapsulated oil powder occurred during SEM electron beam scanning was carried out.The result showed that the cracks could be regarded as having self-similarity,and could be studied according to fractal theory.The fractal dimensions of the whole cracks and the part cracks were measured on the basis of definition of box-dimension.It was found that the self-similarity was statistically and the results of measurement agreed with the unite principle of fractal theory.
