摘  要:当前,中等职业教育课程改革面临学生基础弱,课程内容、结构不适应科技发展、生产实际、学生发展需要,师资队伍、教学条件难以满足课程要求等矛盾。中职课改应关注学生特点及需要,强调从企业和市场需求为导向,关注岗位群要求,以实训课程建设为中心。同时,在课程目标、课程结构、课程内容上要做好相应的调整。At present, the reform of secondary vocational education curriculum face many contradictions, such as students" basic are low, course content and construction are hard to follow the development of technology, the practical production, the developing needs of student, teaching contingent and teaching Condition can't feet the demand of curriculum. The curriculum reform of secondary vocational education should pay attention to the character and the needs of student ,emphasis on enterprise and market trends, pay attention to the demand of post group, with the center of practical curriculum construction. At the same time, adjust it on the target the construction and the content of curriculum.
