摘　　要：以嫩竹、胡萝卜为主要原料，适当添加一定量的山楂浆汁来代替有关的酸味剂、香精、色素、增稠剂和防腐剂，可以制得色泽鲜艳、风格独特、既保持了全天然性、又强化了营养的男女老幼皆宜的特殊的保健饮料。With the tender-bamboo as the major crude material and adding some may bloom serifux properly to substitute some sour agent,essemce,pigment,inspissation agent and antiseptic,a special kind of health drink whose tinclure is brilliant and flavor is singulerity can be got.This drink not only keeps being natural but also increases much nutrition,and is fit for all sorts of people.This means a new path of developing and using natural resources,bamboo and carrot is created.
