摘  要:目的:为测量微量元素的含量提供参考依据。方法:使用常规干法灰化、普通湿法消化、微波消解方法分别对米渣进行预处理,用火焰原子吸收法(FAAS)测定其中的Zn、Fe、Se、Pb等4种微量元素的含量[1]。结果:3种方法测得Zn含量接近,普通湿法及微波消解测得Fe、Pb含量较高,微波消解测得Se含量较高;精密度高低依次为:微波消解,普通湿法消化,常规干法灰化;回收率:微波消解接近100%,常规干法灰化回收率相对比较低,普通湿法消化回收率略微偏高。结论:不同预处理方法对测得结果有一定影响,微波消解技术具有溶样能力强、速度快、损失小、污染少、试剂空白值低等优点,可用于多种微量元素的测量。Objective:Reference was provided for measuring the levels of microelement.Methods:After the rice residue being pretreated by conventional dry calcination,the wet digestion and microwave digestion, respectively,Zn,Fe,Se,Pb were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).Results:The measured values of Zn obtained by the three methods were similar.The measured values of Fe,Pb obtained by the wet or microwave digestions were higher than that obtained by the dry calcination.The measured value of Se obtained by the microwave digestion was the highest among three digestion pretreatments.The precision and the recovery ratio were also different.Precision:the microwave digestion〉 the wet digestion〉 the conventional dry calcination.Recovery rate: The recovery rate by the microwave digestion was almost closed to 100%,the recovery rate by the dry calcination was relatively lower,the recovery rate by the wet digestion was slightly higher.Conclusion:Different methods of pretreatment influence results to a certain extent.The microwave digestion is with advantages of high digestion ability and speed,of small loss,less pollution and lower reagent blank,and can be used for the measurement of microelement in the majority.
