摘 要:长期以来,由于受西方经验主义和理性主义的知识观影响,人们一直把知识狭隘地理解为显性知识,而忽视缄默知识的存在,更没有认识到二者之间存在可以相互转化的关系。为了强化人们重视缄默知识及其在人类知识中的重要作用,分析了缄默知识的本质及缄默知识与显性知识相互转化的关系,在此基础上,探讨了二者相互转化关系在教育教学实践活动中的启迪作用。Being influenced by Western empiricism and rationalism for many years, people have narrowly regarded knowledge as the explicit knowledge, but ignored the existence of tacit knowledge, and even don' t recognize the relationship between the two. To emphasize the importance of tacit knowledge in the human being's knowledge and make people more focus in it, the authors analyze the quality of tacit knowledge and the transformation between tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge, and on the basis of it, the authors discuss their relationship and their enlightenment in teaching practice.
