数学史在大学数学教育中的作用

摘　　要：从现实大学数学教育呈现的两种现象入手,着重分析数学史在大学数学教育中的作用——揭示数学的本质又是数学教学最好的启发式之一和数学文化的代言。数学史走进大学数学教育的主要途径是提高教师数学史素养,采用现代化的教学方法来突出课程教学内容向数学大师学习、掌握数学的精神和方法、强调数学思维的地位等特色。The paper, from two current phenomena of undergraduate mathematics education, analyzes the three functions of history of mathematics that this course can demonstrate the nature of mathematics, serve as one of the best heuristic method of teaching, and represent the culture of mathematics. The following measures should be taken to enhance the quality of teaching the course： teachers should improve their attainments about history of mathematics, adopt modem teaching methods to better display the course contents, learn from masters of mathematics to understand the essence and method of mathematics, and emphasize the importance of mathematical thinking.
