摘　　要：利用当代教育评价理论,提出促进教师与学生共同发展的课堂教学评价指标体系。抓住课堂教学评价的主客体的本质属性,从内容与层次两方面分析影响高校课堂教学的各种因素,从而构建有利于教师与学生共同发展的课堂教学评价体系。Based on contemporary education theory,this paper puts forward a system for classroom teaching evaluation indexes,which leads to the development of both teachers and students. This system pays attention to the essence property of both subject and object in classroom teaching,and analyzes various factors which affect university teacher's classroom teaching from the two aspects of content and levels,thus establishing a system of classroom teaching evaluation,which benefits the development of both teachers and students.
