摘  要:本文以德国功能翻译理论为依据,针对目前我国翻译现状,提出提高学生翻译能力的教学设想和原则。即翻译能力的培养可以分为:被动翻译能力的培养和积极翻译能力的培养;教学必须遵循真实原则、交际原则、透明原则和充分原则。Based on the German functional approach, the paper puts forward some proposals and principles to enhance student' s competence of translation in China' s present situation. The author holds that the translation competence can be acquired gradually by two steps, that is, the first step-passive competence,and then the second step, active competence. In translation teaching a teacher can adopt some instructions: i.e. principle of authenticity, principle of communicativity, principle of transparency, principle of adequacy.
