摘　　要：结肠癌目前呈逐年上升趋势,而膳食纤维能降低患结肠癌风险性;近年随着研究不断深入,出现许多不同观点,有些观点甚至认为膳食纤维能增加患结肠癌风险性。该文介绍膳食纤维与结肠癌之间关系及可能性机理,并进行分析。The risk of colon cancer is increasing year by year at present, and dietary fiber can lower the risk of it. However, some recent studies showed that intake of dietary fiber has no effect on colon cancer. This article introduced the relationship between dietary fiber and colon cancer and deduced the potential mechanism, more over made a prospect.
