略论创造型教师

摘　　要：在比较分析国内外有关创造性人格研究基础上,从作为创造性人才的要求以及教师职业要求的角度,具体论述创造型教师应该具备的复合素养和开放品质:即创造型教师必须具有独特的创造性人格;创造型教师必须能够开展创造性教育教学.进而提出我国当前教师教育改革与创造型教师培养的措施建议.From the requirements of creative talents and teachers＇ profession, the article, by comparative analyzing on the research of creative personality at home and abroad,describes the compound accomplishment of the creative teacher in detail that should have the unique creative personality and the ability of creative teaching ,and then puts forward the measures and suggestions about the current teacher education reform and the cultivation of creative teachers in china.
