摘  要:采用液体深层发酵技术,添加苦荞和天麻,可分别使灰树花胞外多糖产量较传统液态深层发酵提高0.5 g/L和2.1 g/L。并在此基础上,对碳源、氮源进一步优化:葡萄糖40 g/L,蛋白胨4 g/L。同时对摇瓶发酵过程也作了简要分析。Grifola frondosa is a kind of fungi both edible and medicinal, and also rich in exopolysaccbaride which could be manufactured by submerged culture. Buckwheat and Rhizoma gastrodiae which could increase the yields of polysaccharide to 0.5g/L and 2. 1g/L by submerged culture was involved in this research. We optimized the carbon and nitrogen resources and obtained better result of glucose 40g/L and peptone 4g/ L. Finally, we briefly studied the shaking flask culture process.
