摘  要:本文在分析国内食品分析课程建设现状的基础上,确立食品分析精品课程的建设目标是进一步促进教学梯队建设,充分推广“双主体教学”成果和利用现代教育手段,大力度进行课程整合,力求建立内容新颖、方法和手段先进、教学和科研紧密结合的高质量、高水平的课程.切实推进教育创新,深化教学改革,以全面提高教育教学质量和人才培养质量。The building aim is established basing on amalysing the internal present situation of food amalysis course. The building aim of "food analysis" refinement course is promoting further the building of teacher echelon formation, popularizing adequately the harvest of "double subject teaching" and using the modern education means, integrating energetically the course, in order to building the course of high quality and level of novelty in content and advance in method and means and combining close in teaching and scientific research, and Pushing on education innovation, deepenning teaching innovation, in order to improve roundly quality of education teaching and person of ability cultivation.
