摘　　要：本文提出了谱正型广义正定矩阵，讨论了它的有关性质，并给出了它与稳定矩阵的关系，使我们可得出稳定矩阵一系列的充要和充分条件．本文许多结果同样适合相应的广义正定矩阵，且由本文结果及证明还容易地修正了某些结论的错误和证明错误．In this paper, we advance a spectral positive type generalized positive definite matrices. The relationship between it and the stable matrices is given. Hence, we can obtaina series of necessary and sufficient conditions of stable matrices and sufficient conditions of stable matrices. Results of the paper are suited to the generalized positive definite matrices.Some results and manner of proof in this paper correct certain false results and proofs.
