摘　　要：利用非线性半群理论，获得了一个Banach空间中具不连续右端函数的微分方程解的整体存在性与唯一性结论。With nonlinear semigroups theory, an achievement of global existence and uniqueness of solutions of differential equations in Banace space is cbtained. The right hand sides of the equatio is noncontinuous.
