摘 要:采用液体发酵方法对绿色木霉菌株No.33产纤维素酶条件进行了研究,确定了菌株产C1、Cx酶的最佳条件,在初始pH值为5.0的条件下,接种量为5%,6层纱布封口,32℃培养120h,该菌株产C1酶活为0.391U/mL,Cx酶活为1.387U/mL,为膳食纤维的生物改性提供了理论参考依据。Using Trichodermaviride as experimental materials, the conditions for specific cellulase production were studied with liquid fermentation method. The optimal culture conditions for C1-enzyme and Cx-enzyme production were as follows: initial pH 5.5, inoculation amount 5%, 6 layer gauze seal, temperature 32℃ and fermentation time 120 h. C1-enzyme activity achieved 0.391 U/ml, and Cx-enzyme activity achieved 1.387 U/ml. This study provided some theoretical bases for the biological modification of dietary fibre.
