摘　　要：大学教学作为一种独特的学术活动,具有问题性、研究性、文本性与交流性特征。只有从教学学术性出发,通过学位教育模式、社区教育模式和校本教育模式等,才能突破大学教师单一的专业发展模式,形成有机结合的专业发展模式体系,从而提高大学教师教学学术性,促进教师专业发展,在教学成熟的基础上实现教师的专业成长。As a kind of unique academic activity, university teaching has the characteristics of problem-solving, research, text and communication. Only when we start from academic teaching through the mode of degree education, mode of community education, mode of school-based education and mode of reflection education, etc. can we break through the single professional development mode of university teacher and form organic combined professional development mode system so as to improve the academic teaching of university teacher, promote teacher＇s professional development and realize teacher＇s professional growth based on the mature teaching.
