摘　　要：讨论了实四元数体上Schur乘积问题.首先给出了实四元数体上Schur乘积的概念,然后得到了自共轭矩阵的Schur乘积的一些新结果.最后将实或复矩阵中的著名结果推广到了四元数体上.The Schur product over the quaternion division algebra is discussed. First, the concept of Schur product is extended to the quaternion division algebra. Some properties and theorems about the Schur product of the self-conjugate matrix are obtained. Meanwhile, some famous theorems of the real and complex matrix are promoted.
