摘 要:建立了液相色谱串联质谱法(±ESI)同时测定小麦粉中10种真菌毒素的方法。方法检出限在0.1~5.3 ng/mL之间,2个浓度水平加标回收率在60.5%~86.1%之间,相对标准偏差在7.9%~14.8%之间。对深圳市出售的小麦粉中10种真菌毒素的含量水平进行调查。在28个小麦粉样品中,检出3种交链孢霉毒素,其中交链孢酚单甲醚(AME)的阳性率达71.4%,交链孢酚(AOH)的阳性率28.6%,细交链孢霉酮酸(TA)的阳性率为21.4%。A LC/MS-MS(±ESI) method was developed for the determination of 10 mycotoxins in wheat powder. The detection limit of the method was 0.1-5.3 ng/mL, the recoveries of 2 levels were from 60.5 % to 86.1%, the RSDs were from 7.9 % to 14.8 %. The method was successfully applied to analysis of wheat powder from Shenzhen markets. Out of 28 wheat powder samples analyzed, 3 Alternaria toxins were detected, 71.4 % samples were contaminated with AME, 28.6 % samples were contaminated with AOH, 21.4 % samples were contaminated with TA.
