摘  要:从土壤和鲜牛奶中采用X-gal定性试验和ONPG定量试验对酶活性进行测定以筛选高产乳糖酶(β-半乳糖苷酶)的菌株。结果有21株在含有X-gal的琼脂培养基上产生蓝色菌落,5株ONPG酶活较高,其中酵母菌Y6号菌株酶活最高,酵母菌Y6号菌株在发酵培养20~24h生长量和产酶量均达到最大。By using X-gal test and ONPG test,the β-galactosidase activity quality and quantity were detected respectively,in order to screen the microorganism from soil and milk which produced large quantity of β-galactosidase. There were twenty-one strains that appeared blue colour on the agar plate containing X-gal. And there were five strains produced high quality and large quantity of β-galactosidase. And the β--galactosidase activity of yeast Y6 was the best of these five strains. And the Y6 strain of the yeast fungus had the biggest yield and productivity of lactase at 20-24h.
