摘　　要：终身学习是世界所有国家教育和社会发展的基础。由于不同群体的学习需求不同,终身学习的实践也各异。发展中国家推进终身学习的主要和首要目的是实现人人享有受教育的权利。而终身学习的立法与管理服务体系至关重要。亚洲大多数国家已将终身学习原则纳入教育立法与政策之中,并改革了相应的管理与服务体系。Lifelong learning is the basis for educational and social development in the countries all over the world. As the learning needs are diversified for different groups,the practice for lifelong learning is varied. In developing countries,the priority of lifelong learning is Education for an. Legislation,management and service for lifelong learning are of significance. Many Asian countries have included lifelong learning in the education legislation and policy and implemented the reform on education administrative and service system.
