摘  要:随着市场经济体制的确立与职业教育的发展,学分制在职业学校的探索与改革正在展开,它是科学技术发展和社会进步的产物,是比较先进的教学管理制度。具有自由选课、导师制、学分绩点制、学分互换制、弹性学制、目标管理等特征和人格本位、学习自由、个性发展、因材施教等设计理念。With the establishment of market economy system and the development of vocational education, the exploration and reform of credit system in vocational schools are being carried out, which is the product of the development of science and technology and social progress, and is a relatively advanced teaching administration system. It has several features, such as choosing classes freely, tutorial system, GPA, the credit transfer system, flexible credit system, and goal administration. The design concepts of character-oriented, free study, character development are obtained in the system as well.
