摘　　要：教师教学能力的发展和提高,是持续提高高校教学质量和办学水平的基本保障。本文介绍分析美国UIUC在教师教学能力培养方面的成功经验,并针对我国高校教师培训提出建设性意见。The development and promotion of teachers＇ teaching ability is the essential guarantee to the continuous improvement of teaching quality and school - running standard of universities. This paper introduces and analyses the successful experience of American UIUC in cultivating teachers＇ teaching ability. It also puts forward some constructive suggestions on how to solve the problems concerning college teachers＇ training.
