摘  要:以食用乙醇作为浸提溶剂,对长裙竹荪的有效抑菌成分进行浸提,确定了预处理工艺及酶解条件,即:竹荪干子实体粉细度为80目,超声波(45kHz)破碎处理20min,复合果胶酶制剂添加量为0.1%,酶解时间为1h。研究了浸提温度、浸提时间、料液比等因素对长裙竹荪有效成分提取率的影响,并通过正交实验确定了最佳提取工艺参数:浸提时间为8h,浸提温度为80℃,料液比为1:15。抑菌实验结果表明:长裙竹荪提取液对细菌有明显抑制作用,对酵母菌和霉菌抑制作用不明显。Using edible alcohol as a solvent, the extraction that had the antimicrobial characteristics from Dictyophora indusia fisscher was obtained. Through experiments,the optimal pre-extract process and the enzyme hydrolysis process were obtained: particle size of 80 head, ultrasonic (45kHz) broken with 20min, pectic enzyme adding 0.1%, enzyme hydrolysis time for th. By means of orthogonal design,the optimal extract process were obtained: extract time 8h, extract temperature 80℃, Dictyophora indusia fisscher particle: solvent menstruum = 1:15. The results showed that the extraction from Dictyophora indusia fisscher had strong antimicrobial effects on bacteria but weak on microzyme and mold.
