摘　　要：遗传学实验是生物类专业重要的基础课程,对培养学生的开拓创新精神和实践能力起着十分重要的作用。以培养学生的能力为重点,结合综合性大学培养目标,改进遗传学实验教学方法,并引入现代多媒体技术,以研究生作为助教,变学生被动为主动,充分发挥学生的积极主动性,从而培养学生的动手操作、科学思考和创新能力,提高教学质量。In order to cultivate the students＇ innovative spirits and experimental skills, the genetics experimental teaching system was improved. The modern media mixed technology was explored, post-graduates acted as teaching assistants, which facilitates students to participate in genetics experiment, improves their abilities of operating by hand, and fosters their innovative consciousness and scientific-thinking abilities.
