摘　　要：基于项目的程序设计语言网络课程采用"以应用为目的,从应用入手"的项目化学习方式。这种学习方式符合"从实践到认识,再从认识指导实践"的认知规律,注重培养学生的应用软件开发能力,已成为计算机基础教育的一项重要改革,为许多学生与教师所认同。本文通过"做中学——Visual Basic程序设计和软件开发"网络课程的开发和应用,对基于项目的程序设计语言网络课程的教学设计和实现问题进行探讨。Taking the way so called ＇aiming at application, starting from application＇, the network course of program design language based on project is arranged. It is consentient with the learning principle of ＇from practice to knowledge, from knowledge to practice＇. It pays great attention to the education for the students＇ ability on developing application software. This work has been a kind of important reformation in the field of computer basic education; and has been recognized by many students and teachers. Through exploring and practicing in the development and the application for the network course of visual basic program design, the teaching design and the realization for the network course of program design language based on project are discussed in this paper.
