摘  要:研究了以淡水鱼加工副产物为原料研制宠物食品的配方、工艺及杀菌剂量。结果表明,以低值淡水鱼加工副产物、玉米、大豆为原料,通过改变原料比例和添加复合维生素,使产品营养指标已经达到美国饲料监察联盟机构(AAFCO)提出的成年宠物(猫狗)食品营养需要指标。确定了宠物(猫狗)食品最佳膨化工艺条件为温度(Ⅰ区温度176℃、Ⅱ区温度135℃、Ⅲ区温度76℃)、压力-1.23MPa、螺杆转速50 r·min-1、进料速度17 r·min-1。通过该工艺加工的宠物食品外观良好,口感酥脆,存放后产品不回生。采用4kGy剂量辐照,可使产品的含菌量低于每克300个,达到出口宠物饲料标准,产品的保质期达6个月。The ingredients and technology of pet food from the by-products of freshwater fish were studied. The by-products of fresh water fish, corn and soybean were used as the experimental materials. The results indicated that by adjusting the proportion of three materials and adding compound vitamin, the nutrition of products meet the nutritional needs of the grown pets (cats and dogs), according to the stands in AAFCO. The optimum technology was barrel temperature, 176℃ in lth section, 135℃ in 2nd section and 76℃ in 3th section; screw speed 50rpm, feed rate 17rpm. The products could be stored for 6 months after radiation processing at the dosage of 4kGy, and the bacteria content was less than 300.g^-1 The products quality was up to the pet food standards for export.
