摘  要:在检验检疫电子监管系统的基础上,利用传感器技术直接采集食品生产过程加热杀菌工序的温度时间数据,通过模数转换、数据处理、与检验检疫电子监管系统数据交换,将这些质量信息传输到检验检疫终端,实现关键控制点数据的远程实时监控,保证了监控数据的准确性和可靠性;通过对异常数据报警处理,反馈执行机构,及时纠偏,实现对生产过程的自动化控制,提高了食品生产监管效能。Data of the temperature and time during heating and sterilization in food production were directly collected with sensor technology using a electronic supervising system in inspection and quarantine. After analog-to-digital conversion, processing and exchanging the data in the electronic system for supervision, the information of food quality was then send to terminal of inspection and quarantine, giving the long-distance real-time track of the data in the key points and thus guaranteeing the veracity and credibility. By giving an alarm to the deviant data, feeding back to the enforcement agency, and correcting the error in time, automatic control of the production process can be realized. This system greatly improved the supervision efficiency in the foodstuffproduction.
