摘　　要：人的全面发展是人类对自身发展的最高追求。人的全面发展是历史的概念,与社会发展是一致的。社会分工使工人片面发展,但现代大工业生产要求劳动者的全面发展,并为之创造了条件。新的科学技术革命对人的发展提出了新的要求。终身学习是人的全面发展的主要途径。The all--round development is the ultimate pursuit of the advancement of human being. It is a historical concept coherent with the social progress. Social division of labor has resulted in the unilateral development of workers, but modern industrial production not only demands but also creates many conditions for laborers to experience a all--round development. The new scientific and technical revolution today has brought forward more requirements for it, and lifelong learning has become a major approach to the realization.
