摘　　要：提高临床教学质量是高等医学教育的重要任务。作为临床学院，我们将教学工作作为医院的中心工作之一，建立了严格、健全的教学质量监控与保证体系，加强了对学生临床能力的培养，对教学内容、教学方法和教学手段进行了相应的改革，从而提高了临床教学质量。Improving the quality of clinical teaching is an importent task of higher education. As a clinical school we took teaching as one of the central tasks, established teaching quality monitoring system, focused on the cultivation of students＇ clinical capability, implemented innovation in teaching materials, teaching methods and teaching means, thus the quality of clinical teaching was improved.
