摘　　要：在中小学课堂教学设计的实践中,教学目标编写存在着种种误区和问题,已经严重影响了课堂教学质量。文章首先指出了四个现存问题,然后从教学设计和新课改的高度分析了问题产生的原因。最后,从教学设计培训、新课程培训角度提出了解决问题的对策。In the practice of instructional design for class of elementary education, instructional objectives written by teacher include various errors and problems that have seriously affected the quality of classroom teaching. First, this article points out four existing problems and then analyzes the causes of the problem from the perspective of instructional design and the new curriculum reform. Finally, this article indicates the solution to the problems in the two factors of training instructional design and training new course.
