摘 要:为确定枳椇醋对小鼠急性酒精中毒的预防作用,以生理盐水和中药提取液作对照,测定了小鼠急性酒精中毒的醉酒率、醉酒潜伏期、血液中的乙醇浓度等指标。结果表明:枳椇醋对小鼠急性酒精中毒具有显著的预防作用。3种受试物预防作用的大小顺序为:枳椇醋>中药提取液>生理盐水。In order to ascertain the preventive effect of hovenia acerba vinegar on acute intoxication in mice, ethanol concentration in blood were determined using normal saline and extraction of Chinese traditional medicine as contrast, and the ebriety rate, ebriety latency period and the ethanol concentration in blood were chosen as indexes. The results showed that hovenia acerba vinegar had a significantly preventive effect on acute alcoholism in mice. The order of preventive effects in the three materials was hovenia acerba vinegar, extraction solution of Chinese traditional Medicine and normal saline.
