摘 要:教育教学实践是实现教师专业培养目标的重要途径,是师范生由了解、理解教育教学理论知识到生成教育教学能力过程中必需的环节,师范院校必须构建系统的教育教学实践体系,多渠道开展实践活动,为师范生搭建贯通教学知识与教学能力的桥梁。The educational teaching practice is the vital approach to the achievement of the professional ends of teachers' education. It is also an essential link between student teachers' knowing, understanding the education theories and the eventual development of their educational teaching abilities. Therefore, normal colleges/universities are expected to construct a system for educational teaching practice and open multi- channel for their practice in order to bridge the gap between what know about teaching and how they exactly teach.
