摘  要:本文基于管理人员工作满意度、组织承诺及离职倾向问卷调查,实证研究发现,对管理人员离职倾向有影响的主要是情感承诺、与上司关系、组织制度及工作内容等因素,且都与离职倾向呈负相关。另外,单位的性质对管理人员的情感承诺、与上司关系及离职倾向的影响,所在单位工作年数对管理人员离职倾向的影响,婚姻状况对情感承诺的影响,也得到了实证数据的支持。It is important to research the separation of managers and its impact factors in order to increase the efficiency and performance. This article extracts the relevant factors that affect separation of managers by factor analysis on the basis of a survey about job satisfaction, organizational commitment and separation tendency. The study show: The main factors that affect the separation tendency of managers are emotional commitment, the relationship with the boss, the organization system and the work. All of them show negative correlation with the separation tendency. In addition, the empirical data support that the nature of the units affects the emotional commitment, the relationship with the boss and the separation tendency of managers; the numbers of work years within the unit affect the separation tendency of managers and the marital status affect emotional commitment.
